As a homeowner, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with MacDonald carpet cleaning. With dogs and cats, and high traffic of family and friends, it doesn’t take long for our carpets, rugs, and upholstery to get dirty.Here’s Jim cleaning our recliner with extra special care, I didn’t realize how dirty it was until they were done, gross! Thank goodness I called them, now they look just like they did when they were brand new.!While Jim was here, we learned that they use only the best organic ingredients, and he was showing us his state of the art, deep cleaning equipment and how it works. Moved into newly purchased home, the carpet was really soiled, I did not think the stains would come out! Macdonald had such great reviews I decided d to take a chance, hoping for a little more life in the carpet so I could wait to replace the upstairs flooring. WOW!!! It may not look new but close! To get high traffic light color carpet with almost black travel paths to come back to near new condition is impressive. You can’t go wrong hiring this company for your service needs. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy .

I needed help last minute for major dog accidents in our rugs that I could not get out and they came out and helped me! They cleaned and sanitized and they look brand new ! Such an awesome guy and company! I highly recommend them! First class service!

The only thing I am mad about this whole experience is that I didn't take pictures of my carpet before they came and cleaned becausethe after was spectacular! The entire process was exceptional and we will be using them for future cleaning needs. I sent a message via text one day and the next available appointment was within 48 hours. We agreed on a date and time that worked for us, they communicated when they were in route the day of, arrived 😀 with a smile and cleaned as of I don't have 2 toddlers. I highly recommend this company.
